PROFESSIONAL SEASON AUDITIONS
Berkeley Playhouse is a professional theatre producing plays and musicals with an ensemble of the Bay Area's top directors, choreographers, musicians, designers, and performers. Auditions at Berkeley Playhouse are by invitation only. Berkeley Playhouse operates under a Guest Artist Tier 2 agreement with Actors' Equity Association and offers generous stipends for non-union actors.

BERKELEY PLAYHOUSE is currently taking NON-UNION submissions for a few remaining audition slots for its upcoming production of WEST SIDE STORY. Book by Arthur Laurents, Music by Leonard Bernstein, Lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, based on the conception of Jerome Robbins.
