Musical Theater After-School Classes

Session begins January 26, 2022

Our winter/spring session is back in-person at Berkeley Playhouse and now enrolling—we hope you will join us!

Grades K-6 will have a grand adventure in this exciting new title, Becoming Robin Hood, while grades 2-12 will dance the days away in musical theater jazz dance classes!

MUSICAL THEATER SHOW CLASSES

We're thrilled to be bringing this brand-new and exciting class title, Becoming Robin Hood, to Berkeley Playhouse!  Choose from grade titles Playmakers, Showstoppers, and/or Limelighters* and get ready for your child to play games, dance, sing, make friends, and let their imagination soar!

*These groups were previously titled CORE.

MUSICAL THEATER DANCE CLASSES

Our popular Jazz dance classes are back! Students will focus on learning and improving jazz dance technique by honing their dance skills, such as turns, kicks and essential jazz steps, and learning combinations set to songs. Jazz dance is the most-used form of dance in musical theater choreography, and it's a skill every actor should have in their repertoire when auditioning for and performing in a musical.
