Berkeley Playhouse is proud to support our community by offering local theaters the opportunity to rent our costume pieces for their own productions.

Costume Shop Rental Notes

  • Opportunity to rent costume pieces is subject to availability. Berkeley Playhouse may not be able to provide rental pieces during the run of a show.
  • Berkeley Playhouse does not provide vessels, racks, nor means of transportation to the Renter.
  • Renter is responsible for all labor required for transporting costumes and is expected to come prepared.
  • Fees may apply if costume articles are not properly cared for or laundered upon return to Berkeley Playhouse or returned late as detailed in the Rental Agreement.
  • Pieces that are available to rent out are up to Berkeley Playhouse’s discretion.
  • Active teaching artists at Berkeley Playhouse will enjoy 20% off their total rental! Inquire for more information.
