What is this show?

Urinetown is a love story, a hysterical comedy, and an old-fashioned, toe-tapping, dance-infused, fun-filled musical!

But what is it about you ask? Set in a not-so-distant time when water is scarce, restrooms have become pay-for-use only, and are under control by an evil conglomerate. A young attendant at the poorest of public amenities feels that restrooms should be free for all—and leads a revolution to free the toilets!
