YouthStage is back this fall session and we're bringing you two great musicals! Grades 8-12 will choose from two sections of Footloose while Grades 4-8 can choose from two sections of Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical Jr.

TeenStage's Footloose


TeenStage Section 1 – Footloose
9th - 12th grades

Rehearsal Dates: Tues. Oct. 11-Jan. 12 (No rehearsal Nov. 21-27 & Dec. 19- Jan. 1) 
Rehearses: Tuesday & Thursdays 6:30-8:30pm, Sundays 2-6pm
Mandatory Tech week: Jan. 16-20, 4:30-9pm
Performances:
Saturday, Jan 21, 1pm & 6pm
Sunday, Jan. 22, 12pm-5pm

TeenStage Section 2 – Footloose
8th - 10th grades

Rehearsal Dates: Mon. Oct. 17- Jan. 22 (No rehearsal Nov. 21-27 & Dec. 19- Jan. 1) 
Rehearses: Mondays & Fridays 6-8pm, Sundays 10am-2pm
Mandatory Tech week: January 23-27, 4:30-9pm
Performances:
Saturday, Jan. 28, 1pm & 6pm
Sunday Jan. 29, 12pm & 5pm

KidStage's Matilda the Musical

Mandatory Tech week: January 1, 1-5pm, January 2-6, 3:30-8pm

Saturday, Jan. 7 1pm & 6pm 
Sunday, Jan. 8, 12pm & 5pm

KidStage Section 2 – Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical

Rehearses: Rehearsals: Mondays & Wednesdays 4-6pm, Saturdays 10-2pm
Mandatory Tech week: Jan. 7, 9am-1pm, Jan. 9- 12, 3:30-8pm
Performances: Friday, Jan. 13 6pm
Saturday, Jan. 14, 1pm & 6pm
Sunday, Jan. 15, 12pm

The form is available to be completed from July 20 to August 19, 2022 at 5pm.

This form must be completed in order to enroll in Fall 2022 YouthStage. Please only fill this form out if your student has been previously enrolled in a KidStage or TeenStage production or Online YouthStage. If you are looking to audition for a new spot, please email  Youthstage@berkeleyplayhouse.org .

STEP 2: RECEIVE AN OFFER CODE
We will be sending out section codes individually to parents on Friday, August 26, 2022.
